Quick Start - User enrollment#

Sign up#

If you sign up to RPS from a marketplace, you will receive an email with a link in order to access to the registration portal. The sign up form will be prefilled with our email and you have only to choose a strong password.

If you are not coming from a marketplace, in order to manually sign up on RPS Platform, you must

  1. Open the registration web portal,
  2. enter your email and choose a strong password,
  3. read and agree to REGDATA's privacy license agreement, to read it click on privacy license agreement in the Sign up panel,
  4. click on SIGN UP.

Once the form is correctly filled, we will validate the registration. If the authentication fails, the message Invalid password or email will appear, in this case you may already be a registered user. If the registration is successful, we will register you as a new user. An ACCOUNT is automatically created and associated with your email, you are automatically added to the groups Admin, Configuration and Validation.

  • If you are coming from a marketplace, your account will be automatically validated, and you will be redirected to the login web portal where you can log in,
  • if you are not coming from a marketplace, you will be asked to verify your account, check your emails for a message from REGDATA, once verified you will be able to log in.

Sign in#

In order to sign in on RPS Platform, you must

  1. Open the login web portal,
  2. enter your email and password,
  3. click on SIGN IN.

If the form is correctly filled, we will validate the login.

  • If the authentication fails, the message Invalid password or email will appear, in this case please check your credentials or reset your password,
  • else if login is successful, you should access your space on RPS Platform.

Note that if you did not accept REGDATA's terms and conditions before, you will be asked to do so, and must read and accept them before using our services.

Reset your password#

Note, if you remember your password and want to change it, please refer to the password and security part of the documentation.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the password reset portal,
  2. enter your email address, if the email is recognised by the system you will see the message Confirmation email sent and will receive an email with further instruction and a link to reset your password,
  3. click on the link while it is valid and enter your new password twice.

Note that the link sent to reset your password is only valid for a limited time, if the link has expired you must start the procedure again.

or

  1. open the login web portal,
  2. click on I forgot my password, you will be redirected to the password reset web portal.
  3. enter your email address, if the email is recognised by the system you will see the message Confirmation email sent and will receive an email with further instruction and a link to reset your password,
  4. click on the link while it is valid and enter your new password twice.

You will be redirected to the login web portal where you can use your new password.
